I understand where you coming from - you mean bad facts in the general perception of ALL SR primers - but I really feel that Speer is admittedly only referring to which considered one of their own individual CCI primers will work greatest with ball powder.  It will be their "magnum" brisance primers (450 BR4 #forty one) instead of their "standard"
